Take Action For Better Animal Cruelty Laws In Lithuania
Peppers death is a tragedy that has combined forces across the globe for a kinder world for animals. Outrage, grief, tears and frustration have overwhelmed the lives of many who have voiced their emotions in Online Published Comments, Youtube and Facebook. We are all grieving for Pepper's life, but I remain hopeful that his life had purpose and that we are here to fulfill that purpose by not letting his death be in vain.
Write For Better Laws To Protect Pepper and Friends:

I have recently watched the video of the dog who was thrown over the bridge by the young Lithuanian man named Svajunas Beniuk. I am shocked and deeply saddened to have witnessed such an event and yet am happy that the police were assisted by the people of Lithuania to find him. I am writing to remind you of the seriousness of this matter. Animals need to be treated with equivalent respect to humankind and we need to take care of these vulnerable beings who have no protection in our society. I understand that there is a large population of stray and abandoned animals in Lithuania who will be a target for violence and torment. I am asking you to treat this case with seriousness and thought and to implement changes for the treatment of all strays and animals. Please financially assist your local shelters such as LiSPA Lithuanian Society For the Protection of Animals, Gyvüny Globeju Asociacija Animal Welfare Association and Animal welfare charity "Pifas" and support their efforts on the spay and neuter programs already in place. Help to educate against crimes of violence and to show compassion to the fellow creatures that we all inhabit this world with.
In conclusion, I believe that Svajunas Beniuk needs psychiatric treatment for his disturbing behaviour and compassionate laws for strays and pets need to become effective immediately. WSPA and RSPCA have outlined a series of steps needed to assist in implementing these changes.
